Tamil Hindu Wedding Photography Hertfordshire
Following on from the recent post of Gajani & Kuru’s civil ceremony at Pembroke Lodge in Surrey, here are some images from their Hindu wedding ceremony which took place at Shendish Manor in Hertfordshire. And just like the civil, it was surprisingly calm and very organised for a Tamil wedding.
They say never to work with children. I say they are the best to work with (from a distance, maybe). Not yet inhibited by society’s rules, their behaviour and reactions are entirely honest. And we love them for it. One of the funniest parts was when one of Gajani’s nephews couldn’t help constantly yawning during the ceremony. I think it was too early a start for him. Poor child probably didn’t imagine being on wedding duties during the school holidays. How boring! I’m sure that’s what he was thinking. I’m just speculating.
And I wish I could tell you a funny story involving none other than our bride. But we’ve been sworn to secrecy. All I can say is, it includes hair extensions and… I’ve said too much already.
It was an absolute pleasure witnessing this sweet couple get married. Here’s a small selection of images from their wedding.
Stunning Images! I have always wanted to attend a Hindu wedding. Through your style of photography I feel as if I celebrated with this couple! Excellent work.
