Indian Wedding Photography at Moor Park
Following on from their Hindu wedding at Sofitel Heathrow, here are some images from Nishi & Ravi’s civil ceremony and reception at Moor Park Mansion in Hertfordshire.
We knew of one of the surprises Nishi had in store for Ravi, and were looking forward to finding out the other… which was quickly revealed to us soon as we arrived at the venue.
She was hiding from all the guests, especially Ravi, as everyone thought she would be wearing white. But she didn’t fail to impress when she walked out wearing a vibrant red dress for the civil ceremony.
The other surprise was the releasing of Doves. Nishi wanted to surprise Ravi with this. And he was definitely surprised. The smile on his face the entire day proved how happy he was.
And so were we. It had been a while since I shot there, so I was happy to be at Moor Park Mansion. It’s a beautiful venue and I absolutely love shooting there.
Here are some of our favourite images of the Civil ceremony and wedding reception.
A huge thanks to Erum Rizvi for her assistance on the day. She came over from the US on holiday and we were honoured that she wanted to work alongside us to learn how we shoot Asian wedding receptions.

Thanks Sofina. Regarding the tutorial, I would love to write a tutorial, and in fact I have a few drafts on various areas of photography. I just can’t seem to find the time to sit down and complete them. Now you’ve just given me another one to think about.. :-)
Until I do get round to writing them, feel free to email me with any specific questions you have. I’ll be more than happy to help. :D
